E-Commerce Executive

As our E-Commerce Executive, you will take ownership of our day-to-day marketplace operations. You will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, and executing promotional campaigns to drive visibility and sales. Your goal will be to ensure our snacks are perfectly represented, always in stock, and winning the digital shelf.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management: Maintain and optimize product listings across multiple channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.), ensuring accurate images, pricing, and rich product descriptions.
• Inventory & Order Coordination: Monitor stock levels closely, coordinate with the manufacturing and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Sales & Promotion Execution: Plan and execute marketplace-specific deals, discounts, and lightning sales, especially during festive and high-demand seasons.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales, track key performance metrics (conversion rates, traffic, ROI), and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Customer Experience: Oversee customer reviews and ratings, resolving issues promptly to maintain excellent seller account health.
• Competitor Analysis: Keep a close eye on the snacking landscape, tracking competitor pricing, packaging, and strategy to identify growth opportunities.
• Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Atleast 2 years of proven experience managing e-commerce marketplace operations (FMCG or food industry experience is a massive plus).
• Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with seller central dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Assured, etc.) and e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to track sales data.
• Attributes: High attention to detail (crucial for food labeling and expiry tracking), a proactive problem-solver, and a strong collaborator.
