Job Description
Company Mainly Manufacture Steel Angel Channel
Candidate Should Have Knowledge of Plant Machinery Maintenance
Electrical Maintenance of HT/LT Motors, Transformers, MCC and PCC Panels, and Switchgear.
Experience with VFD and MV Drive Systems. Skilled in preventive and predictive maintenance
planning, shutdown management and execution.

- Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
Manage installation, operation, and maintenance of machines including extrusion coating lines, circular looms, and printing machines
- Lead maintenance activities from machine erection to commissioning
- Plan weekly/monthly maintenance schedules and allocate tasks
- Supervise technicians and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Develop vendors and manage spare parts procurement
- Conduct team training and performance improvement programs
- Drive problem-solving initiatives and improve machine efficiency
