Job Description
फाइबर टेक्नीशियन की सहायता करते हुए ऑप्टिकल फाइबर केबल बिछाना, खींचना और रूटिंग करना।
ग्राहक के घर/ऑफिस पर ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन इंस्टॉलेशन में सहायता करना।
पोल, दीवार, डक्ट और बिल्डिंग पर फाइबर केबल को सही तरीके से फिक्स करने में सहायता करना।
फील्ड कार्य के दौरान टूल्स, सीढ़ी, केबल ड्रम, ONT/राउटर सामग्री और अन्य उपकरण साथ लेकर चलना और संभालना।
स्प्लाइसिंग से पहले की तैयारी में सहायता करना, जैसे:
- केबल स्ट्रिपिंग करना
- फाइबर को साफ करना
- फाइबर कोर को सही तरीके से व्यवस्थित करना
- टूल्स को सुरक्षित और साफ रखना
फाइबर कट, केबल डैमेज, लूज जॉइंट और कनेक्टिविटी समस्या पहचानने में टेक्नीशियन की सहायता करना।
OTDR टेस्टिंग, पावर मीटर टेस्टिंग और फॉल्ट चेकिंग के दौरान टेक्नीशियन को सहयोग देना।
फाइबर बॉक्स, जंक्शन बॉक्स, स्प्लिटर और ग्राहक ड्रॉप केबल लगाने और केबल ड्रेसिंग में सहायता करना।
ग्राहक के स्थान पर साफ-सुथरी और व्यवस्थित केबल ड्रेसिंग बनाए रखना।
पोल, सीढ़ी, छत और रोड साइड पर काम करते समय सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना।
दी गई फील्ड शिकायतों के लिए ऑफिस/कस्टमर केयर टीम से समन्वय रखना।
