Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Field Executives for Jaipur to manage on-site activities, customer coordination, and execution support for our solar installation projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, site visits, and client interaction.
• Conduct field visits & site surveys for solar installations
• Identify and generate new sales leads
• Meet residential & commercial customers
• Explain solar solutions, benefits & savings
• Prepare basic proposals / coordinate with sales team
• Close sales deals & achieve targets
• Build strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with technical / installation teams
✅ Requirements:
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Field sales / marketing experience preferred
• Basic understanding of solar (training can be provided)
• Own vehicle preferred
• Target-oriented & self-motivated
