Job Description
An optical field sales representative drives revenue by visiting clients—such as opticians, clinics, and retail stores—to showcase, demonstrate, and sell eyewear frames, lenses, or optical equipment. They build relationships, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets while staying updated on product trends and technology.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management: Developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients within a designated territory.
Product Presentation: Demonstrating the technical features of frames, lenses, or diagnostic equipment to potential customers.
Sales Closure: Negotiating deals, providing quotations, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Market Analysis: Monitoring competitor activities, pricing trends, and product requirements.
Order Management: Taking orders, ensuring timely delivery, and managing customer service inquiries
