Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Identify potential customers and generate new business
• Meet clients in the field to understand their requirements
• Pitch products and explain company profile & USPs
• Prepare and share proposals, negotiate, and close deals
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain client database and prepare sales reports
• Achieve assigned sales targets and manage revenue Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Field Sales preferred)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Rajasthani
• Strong negotiation and marketing skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Fast learner with adaptability in a competitive environment
• Passion for sales and client interaction
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Travelling Allowance: ₹5,000 (Bills required)
• Hotel Stay & DA: As per designation
• Sales bonus & target-based incentives
• Additional ₹15,000 bonus on target achievement
