HOUSE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of day-to-day household operations
• Supervise and coordinate all house workers, including maid, cook, driver, gardener, etc.
• Coordinate kitchen activities and ensure daily requirements are managed
• Maintain grocery and household-item requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, repair/service providers and delivery personnel
• Handle routine household-related phone calls and communication
• Maintain basic household expense and purchase records
• Monitor cleanliness, maintenance and general discipline of the residence
• Coordinate guests and household requirements when required
• Ensure all daily household tasks are completed on schedule
• Inform the family/management about important requirements, issues or pending work
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the household and family

Requirements:

• Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge
• Hindi required; English preferred
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Prior experience in household management/hospitality/administration preferred
• Trustworthy, disciplined and well-presented
