Job Description
HR ExecutiveLocation: Jaipur
Experience: 0–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Job ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Employee onboarding and documentation.
- Attendance and leave management.
- HR records and employee database maintenance.
- Preparing offer and appointment letters.
- Employee engagement and HR operations support.
- RequirementsGraduate/MBA in HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of HR/Recruitment experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
