Job Description

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: Find candidates on job boards and social media.
  • Screening: Review resumes and conduct first-round interviews to test skills and culture fit.
  • Onboarding: Set up paperwork and training for new team members.
  • Employee Relations: Help staff with concerns, time-off requests, and performance reviews.

Compliance: Follow all local labor laws and company rules.


Essential Skills

  • Communication: Clear, friendly speaking and writing skills.
  • Organization: Ability to track many candidates using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Empathy: The ability to understand and support staff needs.
