Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment for field, sales, collections, operations, and support functions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, and joining formalities
