IndiaMART Executive | Lead Generation | B2B Sales

World Gems Jewellery Company is looking for a motivated IndiaMART Executive / International B2B Sales Executive to manage incoming leads, communicate with domestic and international clients, and convert inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to IndiaMART inquiries promptly.
• Follow up with domestic B2B clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products such as gemstones, copper bottles, jewelry, and other export products.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders through effective sales communication.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and track sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in IndiaMART, B2B Sales, Business Development, International Sales, or Inside Sales.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience with Indiamart Paltform or Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
