Job Description
Key Responsbilities
Identify and approach potential customers through refrences, Networking, and field visits.
Explain life insurance products, benefits, and policy features to clients.
Analyze customer financial needs and suggest appropriate insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Assist clients with policy documentation and claim procedures.
Conduct follow-ups for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Stay updated on insurance products and market trends.
