We are a consulting firm that helps IT professionals in the US market improve their job search through structured job marketing services, including resume positioning, profile branding, and interview support.

🎯 Role Overview :

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can connect with leads (IT professionals), understand their job search challenges, and convert them into clients for our job marketing services.

This is a target-driven role focused on consultative selling, not traditional recruitment.

• 🔥 Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads (US-based IT professionals)
• Understand candidate background, visa status, and job goals
• Explain our job marketing / consulting services clearly and ethically
• Convert leads into paid clients
• Maintain daily activity:
• Calls, follow-ups, and conversions
• Update CRM / tracking sheets regularly
• Coordinate with internal team for onboarding clients
• 📊 Daily Targets50–70 calls/day
• 25+ follow-ups
• 5–8 quality conversations
• 2–3 conversions/day (based on lead quality)
• 💰 CompensationFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
• High Performance Incentives (uncapped)
• Bonus on achieving monthly targets

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (English – mandatory)
• Sales mindset (persuasion, objection handling)
• Ability to work in US shift (night shift in India)
• Basic understanding of IT roles (DevOps, Java, QA, etc.)
• Comfortable with calling and closing deals

✅ Preferred (Not Mandatory)Experience in:

• EdTech sales
• Immigration / overseas consulting
• IT recruitment or bench sales
