Jewellery Sales Associate

✨ About the RoleWe are looking for a Salesperson Helper / Counter Assistant to support our sales team in handling customers at the jewellery counter. The role involves assisting senior sales staff, managing jewellery display, and ensuring excellent customer experience in our gold & diamond showroom.

• 🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior salespersons in attending to customers at the counter
• Handle jewellery items (gold, diamond, silver) carefully and responsibly
• Maintain jewellery display, arrangement, and stock handling at counters
• Provide basic product information to customers and connect them with sales staff
• Ensure counter area is clean, safe, and organized
• Support billing, packaging, and after-sales service if required
• 🎯 RequirementsMinimum education: [10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate]
• Experience in retail/jewellery sales preferred, but freshers can apply
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of gold/diamond jewellery (training will be provided)
• Trustworthy, well-groomed, and presentable personality
