We are hiring a confident Female Jewellery Sales Executive for video call sales, showroom sales, and Instagram Live selling. Excellent English communication and customer handling skills are required. Experience in jewellery or retail sales is preferred.
Job Description:
Pinkcity Craft is looking for a confident and energetic Female Jewellery Sales Executive who can present and sell premium handcrafted jewellery through video calls, in-store customer interactions, and Instagram Live sessions.
- Key Responsibilities:Conduct jewellery sales through video calls with domestic and international customers.
- Handle walk-in customers at the showroom and provide an excellent shopping experience.
- Present jewellery collections professionally and explain product details.
- Host and manage Instagram Live selling sessions and engage with viewers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with the team for order processing and customer support.
- Requirements:Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, jewellery sales, retail, or customer handling.
- Confident personality with good presentation skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting live video sessions.
- Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
- Basic knowledge of social media, especially Instagram Live, is preferred.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-centric approach.
- Preferred Candidate:Female candidate with experience in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, or live selling.
- Experience in handling international customers will be an added advantage.
