Lead STEM Instructor (Full-Time) 

We're looking for an energetic, kid-loving Lead Instructor to be the face of our classes — someone who can teach brilliantly, get certified on the Bricks 4 Kidz curriculum, and grow into leading and training our part-time instructor team as we expand across Jaipur. 

What you'll do 

• Deliver fun, hands-on Bricks 4 Kidz classes (LEGO® model-building, robotics, coding) to children aged 3–14 across after-school batches, camps, workshops and birthday parties. 
• Complete Bricks 4 Kidz certification and master the curriculum and lesson plans. 
• Train, mentor and schedule part-time instructors, and maintain a high, consistent teaching standard. 
• Prepare kits and classrooms, manage inventory, and keep sessions running smoothly. 
• Run demo classes and school workshops, and interact warmly with parents to convert trials into enrolments. 
• Track each child's progress and share regular feedback with parents. 
• Uphold child-safety and classroom-management standards at all times. 

Who we're looking for 

• Graduate in any stream (B.Ed, B.Sc, B.Tech or a diploma is an advantage). 
• 1–3 years working with children — school, coaching, activity centre or similar — preferred. 
• Warm, patient and genuinely enjoys being around kids, with strong classroom presence. 
• Confident communication in both English and Hindi, including with parents. 
• Comfortable with basic STEM/tech concepts and eager to learn robotics and coding. 
• Reliable and organised; available afternoons, evenings and weekends (our peak class times). 

Bonus points for 

• Familiarity with robotics/coding tools — Scratch, Micro:bit, Arduino, LEGO® Technic / SPIKE. 
• Experience leading or training a team. 

Details 

Location: Jaipur (multiple rented venues + school programs). | Type: Full-time, 6-day week with weekend classes and a weekday off. | Reports to: Franchise Owner.
