Manager /Dy Manager
• Handling Agri and domestic business for 400 Mio for part of rajasthan
• Handling a team of 1 on roll and 2 off roll manpower
• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned geographical area.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including dealers, retailers, clients and market segments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dealer network through regular communication and visits.
• Conduct market research to understand market needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies.
• Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to dealers / retailers & potential customers.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to direct customers.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, contributing insights for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with dealers /distributors and other partners to expand market reach.
• Represent the company at events / seminars /local trade shows/ exhibitions.
