Job Description

  • Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
  • Maintain cleanliness of office premises (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
  • Handle office cleaning tasks like dusting, mopping, and waste disposal
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials
  • Help in arranging meeting rooms and office setup
  • Purchase office supplies as instructed
  • Support staff in basic office work when required
  • Ensure proper use and care of office equipment
  • Handle any other work assigned by management
