Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the effective monitoring and coordination of multiple projects across various locations. The role will ensure timely implementation, reporting, and quality assurance of projects aligned with the NGO’s mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the progress of multiple ongoing projects across regions and ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate with field teams, partner organizations, and other stakeholders for regular project updates and issue resolution.
Track project performance using monitoring tools and ensure timely submission of reports from the field.
Conduct regular data collection, verification, and analysis to support decision-making and project improvements.
Prepare periodic project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
Support the documentation of best practices, challenges, and lessons learned from each project.
Perform site visits as required to validate progress and provide operational support.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor guidelines, and quality standards.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in Business Administration, Social Work, Project Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in project operations, coordination, or monitoring roles, preferably in the NGO/development sector.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination.
Basic understanding of NGO project frameworks.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
