Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, improving operational efficiency, ensuring process compliance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting business growth through effective execution.


Key Responsibilities


Operational Management


- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Monitor productivity, quality standards, and service delivery metrics.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.


Team Management


- Manage and supervise operational teams.

- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.

- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.

- Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.


Performance Monitoring


- Track and analyze operational KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.

- Monitor departmental targets and ensure timely achievement of business objectives.

- Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.


Process Improvement


- Evaluate existing workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.

- Implement automation and technology solutions where applicable.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.


Cross-Functional Coordination


- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, finance, and HR teams.

- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.

- Support management in strategic planning and execution.


Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.

- Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.

- 3+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a related role.

- Proven experience managing teams and operational processes.

- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
