Order Processing & Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a responsible and computer-proficient candidate who can manage the complete order cycle—from receiving and processing orders to dispatch, delivery tracking, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process orders from the website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and offline channels

• Confirm product details, delivery address, and payment status with customers

• Check product availability and coordinate with the inventory team

• Enter and update order details accurately in Excel or order management software

• Prepare invoices, packing slips, courier labels, and other dispatch documents

• Coordinate with the packing team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch

• Book shipments and monitor order tracking and delivery status

• Send order confirmations and tracking details to customers

• Handle customer calls and WhatsApp messages professionally

• Respond to enquiries regarding products, prices, availability, and order status

• Manage customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and delivery-related issues

• Follow up on pending payments, delayed deliveries, and undelivered orders

• Maintain daily reports for orders, dispatches, deliveries, returns, and payments

• Coordinate with the sales, inventory, accounts, packing, and courier teams

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of computers, the internet, email, and WhatsApp

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic billing or invoicing

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Ability to communicate politely and professionally with customers

• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in jewellery, retail, e-commerce, order processing, or customer service will be preferred

• Freshers may also apply if they have good computer and communication skills
