As a Packing Associate and Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities:

• Packing and Preparation:
• Accurately and efficiently pack orders, ensuring all items are included and properly secured.
• Verify order contents against packing slips and customer information.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Process orders in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and any concerns.
• Store Operations:
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about products, services, and promotions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and performance.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and fairly, escalating concerns to management as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: 10th pass or above required.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
