Production Manager (Furniture Factory)

Roles & Responsibilities: -

1. To develop, implement, and manage production plans and schedules for furniture manufacturing, ensuring efficient resource utilization, timely delivery, high quality, and cost control, from raw material to finished product. 
2. Coordinate workflow across departments (design, cutting, assembly, finishing) to ensure smooth operations.
3. Implement quality checks, troubleshoot issues, identify process improvements, and reduce costs.

Experience: -

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in furniture production.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Skills:-

• Ability to read technical drawings, understand furniture construction, knowledge of CAD/Excel.
