Job Description
- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor
- Plan and manage production as per priority and urgency
- Convert urgent requirements into timely completion (closing)
- Ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently
- Manage labour attendance, allocation, and productivity
- Guide and monitor workers to maintain quality and output
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Ensure proper use of machines, materials, and manpower
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor
- Report daily production status to management
