Job Title: Teller Caller cum Receptionist

Location: Road Number 14, Jodla cut, Sikar Road, Jaipur

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Teller Caller cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations, attend customer calls, handle inquiries, and maintain professional communication with clients and visitors.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
• Attend visitors and manage front desk activities
• Provide information about company services/products to clients
• Maintain call records, visitor logs, and customer data
• Follow up with leads and customers through calls/messages
• Transfer calls to the concerned department when required
• Manage appointments and meeting schedules
• Respond to basic customer queries and complaints politely
• Maintain office coordination and communication
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
• Hindi speaking mandatory; English communication preferred
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
