Job Description

We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and responsible Female Receptionist Cum Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate should be confident in handling front desk responsibilities along with basic back office and administrative work.

Responsibilities:

Handle front desk and attend visitors/parents professionally

Answer phone calls and manage inquiries

Maintain records, files, and basic documentation

Manage admissions/enquiry entries and follow-ups

Coordinate with staff and management for daily office tasks

Handle WhatsApp messages, emails, and basic computer work

Maintain office discipline and professional communication

Requirements:

Female candidates only

Minimum 1 year experience in receptionist or office work

Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, etc.)

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

Well-organized and professional personality

Friendly behavior and positive attitude
