Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Executive who is passionate about luxury retail and delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will build lasting relationships with customers, understand their requirements, and guide them in selecting jewellery that suits their style, occasion, and budget.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery collections.
• Deliver an outstanding luxury shopping experience from inquiry to purchase.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain detailed customer records for follow-ups and repeat business.
• Conduct post-purchase follow-ups and assist with after-sales service.
• Explain product features, craftsmanship, gemstones, certifications, and pricing confidently.
• Coordinate appointments for private previews and exhibitions.
• Assist in merchandising, display management, and showroom presentation.
• Support inventory checks and ensure products are handled with utmost care.
• Assist in exhibition sales and outstation events when required.
• Work closely with the management team to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred (graduates and experienced candidates both welcome).
• 1–5 years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, or premium sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Pleasant personality with a polished and professional appearance.
• Customer-first attitude with high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, billing software preferred).
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
