Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving business targets.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly and efficiently
• Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/inventory team
• Monitor product display and visual merchandising standards
• Handle billing, cash management, and store reporting
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
• Ensure store cleanliness, discipline, and brand standards
• Coordinate with management for promotions and marketing activities
• Requirements:Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Graduate (preferred)
• Working Details: Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (can be customized)
• 6 days working with one weekly off
