Store Manager – Iśvara Tea Boutique (Jaipur)
Location: Jaipur

Iśvara is a luxury tea and gifting brand known for beautifully curated tea experiences and premium gift hampers. Our Jaipur boutique is designed to offer customers a warm, story-led, high-end retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage walk-in customers with warmth and confidence
- Understand customer needs and recommend teas and gift hampers
- Upsell from single products to premium gifting options
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain high average billing value
- Manage billing, inventory, and daily sales reports
- Maintain store hygiene, display standards, and premium vibe
- Build repeat customers through WhatsApp follow-ups
- Support festive and seasonal sales campaigns
KPIs (How performance is measured)
- Daily sales target achievement
- Average billing value per customer
- Walk-in to purchase conversion rate
- Upselling and gifting sales
- Inventory accuracy and discipline
- Customer feedback and repeat business
Ideal Candidate Profile (Very Important)You must have experience in premium retail sales, such as:
- Jewellery showroom
- Saree boutique
- Luxury gifting store
- Home décor boutique
- Gourmet food / tea boutique
- or similar stores
You should:
- Love interacting with customers
- Be confident in recommending and upselling
- Be well-groomed and presentable
- Be disciplined with reporting and stock handling
- Have basic comfort with billing software and WhatsApp
