Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Jaipur

  • Compensation:CTC: ₹12,000 – ₹18,500 per month
  • Additional Benefits: Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
  • Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: Minimum Graduation (any stream)

  • Roles & Responsibilities:Generate leads and acquire new customers through field and direct sales
  • Promote and sell financial products and services
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into successful sales
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
