Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABLIITIES
•
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers in the Australia region
•
Present, promote, and sell company products/services effectively over the phone
•
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to drive conversions
•
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
•
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems
•
Handle objections professionally and convert leads into successful sales
•
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals
•
Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and sales strategies
•
Adhere to compliance guidelines and quality standards for international calling
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•
Minimum 1 year of experience in international outbound sales (Australia/US/UK process preferred)
•
Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills
•
Go-getter attitude with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
•
Self-driven and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently
•
Ability to remain focused in a target-driven, high-volume calling environment
•
Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills
•
Good time management and organizational abilities.
•
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced contact centre environment
