Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Jaipur / Remote with client meetings

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build a strong pipeline for different products. The role involves team leadership, client engagement, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation to closure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships (B2B focus)
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams for demos and proposals
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies

Requirements:

• B.Tech (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record in team handling and revenue closure

• Exposure to enterprise sales
