Job Description

1. Communication Skills Should speak politely with customers

  • Must know Hindi and English
  • Able to explain travel plans clearly on phone and WhatsApp

2. Computer Knowledge Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point)

  • Internet usage (searching flights, trains, hotels)
  • Sending and receiving emails

3. Booking Knowledge Flight booking (basic idea of airline systems)

  • Train booking (IRCTC)
  • Bus booking portals
  • Hotel booking using platforms like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo

4. Basic Accounting Maintain daily cash records

  • Handle payments (cash, UPI, online)
  • Keep proper transaction records

5. Customer HandlingUnderstand customer requirements

  • Explain tour packages (family, honeymoon, etc.)
  • Handle complaints calmly

6. Local & Travel KnowledgeKnowledge of popular tourist destinations

  • Basic understanding of routes and distances
  • Awareness of hotels and transport options

7. Sales & SmartnessAbility to convince customers

  • Upsell services (insurance, cab, hotel upgrades)
  • Quick decision-making
