Job Description
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with vendors and customers.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Maintain inventory and cost accounting records, if applicable.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
