The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Shopify Developer and SEO Specialist who understands the unique challenges and opportunities of e-commerce, specifically within the fashion industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase our organic search rankings, drive qualified traffic to our website, and ultimately boost sales.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain our Shopify-based websites, update listings, manage coupons, update graphics/banners/videos, and ensure that the site UI/UX is in line with the brand's vision.
• Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy for our e-commerce store, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities related to our products and brand.
• Optimize product pages, category pages, and blog content for search engines and user experience.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed problems.
• Manage and execute link-building campaigns to improve our domain authority.
• Analyze and report on key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, GEO, AIO and AEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all online initiatives.

Requirements:

• Shopify web development experience.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably within the e-commerce or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g.,Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
• Experience with keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as it relates to SEO.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for the fashion industry and a creative mindset.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• Experience with PPC or other digital marketing channels.
