Social Media Content Specialist

We are looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Content Creator cum Graphic Designer who can bring our brand story to life across digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of fashion, design, and social media, and is ideal for someone who understands both visual aesthetics and content performance.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing on-brand creatives, and shaping the visual language of our social media presence.

• Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Creation Plan, create, and execute content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube and other relevant platforms
• Develop reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and short-form videos aligned with brand tone
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, audio, and fashion-led content ideas
• Assist in content calendars, launches, campaigns, and festive promotions
• Collaborate with photographers, models, and the marketing team for shoots and campaigns
• Graphic Design : Design social media creatives, banners, ads, look books, and promotional assets
• Edit images and videos while maintaining colour accuracy, fabric details, and brand consistency
• Create visually cohesive layouts that reflect the brand’s aesthetic
• Support design needs for website, emailers, packaging, and offline collaterals when required
• Brand & Aesthetic Management: Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
• Translate seasonal collections into compelling digital stories
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s mood, palette, and positioning
• Requirements & Skills: Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator / Graphic Designer (fashion or lifestyle brands preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva; basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Understanding of Instagram-first content, especially reels and short videos
• Strong sense of typography, colour, layout, and composition
• Knowledge of fashion aesthetics, trends, and women’s wear styling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A portfolio showcasing social media content and graphic design work is mandatory
