💼 Department: QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment)
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
💰 Experience: 1+ Year in Solar Installation / Quality
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure quality solar installations for Residential and Commercial (C&I) projects.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Perform quality and safety audits across assigned locations.
Conduct induction training and safety awareness programs for technicians and workmen.
Prepare quality observation reports and maintain QHSE documentation.
Coordinate with Execution, Installation, and O&M teams.
Identify electrical hazards and perform risk assessments.
Investigate near-miss incidents and prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports.
Inspect solar products and installation equipment.
Track, maintain, and publish quality and safety reports.
Eligibility
Diploma or B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Solar Installation Quality or QHSE.
Knowledge of Residential and C&I Solar Installation processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong inspection and quality auditing skills.
Skills Required
Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Local Language).
Positive attitude and accountability.
Strong discipline and attention to detail.
Prior knowledge of the assigned geographical area.
Ability to travel within the city and interstate when required.
Travel Requirement
Daily travel within the base city.
Interstate travel as per business requirements.
