Job Title: Tally Operator

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tally Operator to join our team in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for data entry, record maintenance, and managing daily transactions using Tally software. This role is strictly for a Tally Operator and does not involve accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain business data accurately in Tally.
• Record daily sales, purchase, and inventory transactions.
• Update and maintain stock records in the system.
• Generate basic reports from Tally as required.
• Verify and organize invoices, bills, and other business documents.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the software.
• Coordinate with internal teams for record management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tally Operator.
• Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
• Ability to maintain records accurately and efficiently.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
