Job Description
We are looking for a Tally Support Executive to provide technical and functional support to customers using TallyPrime. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, assisting with software installation and configuration, providing training, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide telephonic, remote, and on-site support to customers using Tally software.
- Handle customer queries related to accounting, inventory, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance in Tally.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Tally software and related applications.
- Assist customers with data migration, data synchronization, backup, and restoration.
- Diagnose and resolve software, network, and performance-related issues.
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions.
- Coordinate with the technical team for advanced issue resolution.
- Maintain support tickets and customer interaction records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Assist in Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals and customer retention activities.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of TallyPrime.
- Understanding of Accounting, GST, Inventory Management, and Payroll.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, and Database concepts.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Educational QualificationB.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Tally certification will be an added advantage.
- ExperienceFresher or 1–3 years of experience in Tally Support, Accounting, or Customer Service.
- Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of GST return filing and statutory compliance.
- Experience in remote support tools such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
- Understanding of TDL customization is an added advantage.
- SalaryAs per company standards and candidate experience.
- Working HoursFull-time position.
- Monday to Saturday.

- Customer satisfaction score.
- Average resolution time.
- Number of support tickets resolved.
- Customer retention and renewal rate.
