Tender Executive

URGENT HIRING – TENDER EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Tender Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end tender processes including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.

• Monitor tender portals and identify relevant opportunities.

• Coordinate with various departments to collect required tender documents and information.

• Manage manpower recruitment as per tender and client requirements.

• Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates until joining and deployment.

• Ensure timely completion of documentation, onboarding, and compliance requirements.

• Maintain recruitment records, deployment status, and tender trackers.

• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Clients for smooth execution of projects.

• Ensure all tender and recruitment processes are completed within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in tender handling and recruitment/staffing preferred.

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM), CPP Portal, and tender documentation will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Location: Vaishali Nagar

Salary: 20000/- to 25000/- Negotiable
