Telecalling Job Hiring
हम अपनी कंपनी के लिए एक उत्साही और मेहनती टेलीकॉलर की तलाश कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार का काम फोन कॉल के माध्यम से संभावित ग्राहकों से संपर्क करना, कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट या सर्विस के बारे में जानकारी देना और ग्राहकों की समस्याओं या सवालों का जवाब देना होगा।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:
- संभावित ग्राहकों को फोन कॉल करना।
- कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट या सर्विस की जानकारी देना।
- ग्राहकों के सवालों का जवाब देना।
- कॉल और ग्राहक की जानकारी का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
- इंटरेस्टेड ग्राहकों के साथ फॉलो-अप करना।
- दिए गए कॉलिंग टारगेट को पूरा करना।
योग्यता:
- अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल।
- बेसिक कंप्यूटर नॉलेज।
- ग्राहकों को समझाने की क्षमता।
- धैर्य और सकारात्मक व्यवहार।
शैक्षणिक योग्यता:
- न्यूनतम 10वीं पास / ग्रेजुएट (प्राथमिकता)।
- टेलीकॉलिंग या कस्टमर सर्विस का अनुभव होना अच्छा रहेगा (फ्रेशर भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं)।
कार्य स्थान: Rd. No. 17 VKI Area Jaipur
