Telecaller Job Description – Kindness Welfare Association
Organization: Kindness Welfare Association
Position: Telecaller / Donation Support Executive
Location: Jaipur / Work from Office
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Call donors, supporters, and volunteers to share information about our social welfare activities.
Explain ongoing campaigns such as food distribution, child welfare, animal care, and donation drives.
Request support and donations in a polite and professional manner.
Maintain proper records of calls and donor responses.
Follow up with existing donors and build long-term relationships.
Handle basic WhatsApp and SMS communication when required.
Skills Required
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic Hindi and English speaking ability.
Positive attitude and polite behavior.
Confidence in talking to people over phone calls.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets is preferred.
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or NGO fundraising is an advantage.
Salary
