Job Description

नियम एवं शर्तें:-

  1. आपके पास लैपटॉप या कंप्यूटर होना आवश्यक है.
  2. कॉलेज स्टूडेंट्स अप्लाई ना करें. पीजी में रहने वाले स्टूडेंट्स जिनका कॉलेज कम्पलीट हो चुका है वो अप्लाई कर सकते हैं। 
  3. घर में छोटे बच्चे नहीं होने चाहिए. कॉल्स अटेंड करने के लिए घर का माहौल शांत होना चाहिए. अगर मैरिड हैं और छोटे बच्चे हैं तो अप्लाई ना करें. आपकी कॉल्स रिकॉर्ड होती हैं हमारी टीम सुन सकती है.
  4. केवल customers के incomming कॉल्स को अटेंड करना है. एक भी कॉल आपको अपनी तरफ से नहीं करनी है. निश्चित रहे आपके नंबर customers को शेयर नहीं किये जायेंगे. हमारी सिम यानि हमारे नंबर पर आयेंगे कॉल्स. आपके नंबर पर call forwarding लगाई जाएगी. इस प्रकार customers को हमारे ही नंबर show होंगे लेकिन फॉरवर्ड होकर कॉल पर बात आपसे होगी. customers को कभी आपके नंबर पता चल ही नहीं सकते.
  5. आपको फिक्स पेमेंट 8000 Rs/month दिया जायेगा.  2 शिफ्ट में काम होता है। सुबह 08 बजे से दोपहर 3 बजे तक और शाम को 03 बजे से रात 10 बजे तक। प्रत्येक शिफ्ट 7 घंटे की है। शिफ्ट का चुनाव आप स्वयं कर सकते हैं लेकिन कार्य व्यवस्था के अनुसार किसी भी शिफ्ट में काम करना पड़ सकता है।
  6. महीने में 04 छुट्टियाँ दी जाएँगी जिनका कोई वेतन नहीं कटेगा. यह छुट्टियाँ आप जरुरी नहीं रविवार को ही लें. किसी भी दिन ले सकते हैं. परन्तु छुट्टी लेने से 02 दिन पहले बता देवें. 04 से ज्यादा छुट्टियाँ करने पर वेतन कटौती प्रतिदिन वेतन के अनुसार की जावेगी.
  7. हर हफ्ते आपका भुगतान कर दिया जावेगा. लेकिन एक हफ्ते का बाकी रखा जायेगा. भुगतान हर बुधवार को किया जायेगा.
  8. रिजाइन करने से 10 दिन पहले सूचित करना आवश्यक है अन्यथा एक हफ्ते पेमेंट रोक लिया जायेगा.
  9. जिनको आवश्यकता हो वे हमारे नंबर पर whatsapp के माध्यम से खुद संपर्क करें. apna एप्प में भी डायरेक्ट WhatsApp बटन है वहां से भी संपर्क कर सकते हैं जिससे आपको नंबर सेव नहीं करने पड़ेंगे. हमारी तरफ से आपको संपर्क नहीं किया जायेगा. पहल आपको करनी है. WhatsApp पर संपर्क करने वालों को ही hire किया जायेगा.
