Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Explain company products and services clearly
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer database
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain daily call reports and update CRM system


Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Good listening skills
  • Experience in telecalling or customer support
