Job Description – WhatsApp Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven WhatsApp Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, generate leads, and close sales through WhatsApp communication. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales ability, and customer handling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on WhatsApp
• Share product/service details, pricing, and offers
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
• Maintain chat records and customer database
• Coordinate with delivery/support teams for smooth order processing
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
Requirements:
• Good written communication skills
• Basic sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business tools
• Basic computer/mobile handling skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
