Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our FMCG products through telephone calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and potential customers.
• Introduce and promote company products effectively.
• Generate sales orders and follow up on pending orders.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Maintain daily call records and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding amounts when required.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Update customer database regularly.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Good Hindi communication; knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
• QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience in Tele Calling, Tele Sales, Customer Service, or FMCG Sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
