Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy B2B Telesales Executive to pitch our herbal product range to prospective business clients, including distributors, retailers, wellness centers, and e-commerce vendors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persistence for cold calling, and a proven track record of closing wholesale or bulk deals over the phone.
- Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify and research potential B2B clients (wholesalers, retailers, pharmacies, and distributors) across target regions.
- Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective business clients to introduce the PR Herbals product catalog.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently adding verified business leads.
- 2. Sales & Revenue Generation: Pitch bulk orders, commercial pricing structures, and seasonal offers effectively to business owners and procurement managers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored product bundles to maximize order value.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and credit policies within company guidelines to close deals.
- 3. Client Relationship Management (CRM): Manage existing B2B accounts, ensuring regular follow-ups for repeat orders and high client retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product inquiries, order tracking, and basic commercial documentation.
- Log all call details, lead statuses, and sales transactions accurately in the company CRM/sales tracking sheets.
- 4. Market Feedback & Coordination: Gather feedback from the market regarding competitor pricing, demand for specific herbal ingredients, and product packaging preferences.
- Coordinate closely with the dispatch and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of bulk orders.
- Technical & Soft Skills: Excellent Communication: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential. Ability to articulate product benefits and commercial value propositions clearly over the phone.
- B2B Sales Acumen: Proven understanding of how bulk pricing, profit margins, and supply chains work for retailers and distributors.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections smoothly and steer conversations toward a successful closing.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM software for data management.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of successful outbound connections made per day.
- Total volume and revenue generated through B2B bulk orders monthly.
- Conversion rate of raw leads into active, paying business accounts.
- Retention rate and re-order frequency of assigned corporate/retail clients.
