Process Coordinator

Position: Process Coordinator (PC)

Department: Operations

Job Type: Full-Time

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the full production process.
• Make sure orders are completed on time.
• Take orders from the sales team.
• Break orders into small tasks and track progress.
• Coordinate with all teams (design, cutting, stitching, QC, packing, dispatch).
• Check product quality with the QC team.
• Manage raw material stock and availability.
• Create and follow production timelines.
• Solve delays and problems quickly.
• Keep records of production, orders, and daily work.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Work with vendors and outside workers.
• Find ways to improve process and save cost.
• Follow company rules and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3–5 years experience in production or operations.
• Knowledge of garment production (cutting, stitching, finishing, packing).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Good communication (Hindi & English).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in sportswear or uniform manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement.
• Experience with institutional orders.
• Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001.
• MBA or diploma in Operations / Supply Chain.
