Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Generate new leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and databases
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel)
  • Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures
  • Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and basic documentation
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion status
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
