Supervisor – Production, Quality & Store

Role: Manage production work, ensure product quality, and handle store/material activities smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily production work.
• Assign duties to workers and monitor their performance.
• Ensure production targets are completed on time.
• Check product quality during and after production.
• Identify defects and take corrective action.
• Maintain quality standards and basic records.
• Handle store activities like receiving and issuing materials.
• Keep track of stock and update records.
• Ensure proper storage of materials.
• Avoid shortage or excess stock.
• Monitor machine usage and report any problems.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the workplace.
• Skills Needed: Basic technical knowledge of production work
• Understanding of quality checking
• Basic inventory/store management knowledge
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, records)
• Qualification & Experience: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or related field preferred)
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing or similar work
